  • ABOUT: This is a USA Powerlifting sanctioned meet produced by American Barbell Productions. This is three day event with one platform and a 190 lifter cap. 
  • This meet is open to all current USA Powerlifting New Jersey members.
  •  You do not need a current USAPL membership to sign up.  If you don't have a current memebrship wait till after November 1st to purchase or renew your membership. 
  • There is no qualifying total needed for this meet.
  • All USA Powerlifting rules will be followed and enforced. The rule book can be found at www.usapowerlifting.com.
  • This is a drug tested meet.
  • American Records can be set
  • Qualifier for Regional Championships and Nationals meets.
    • Entry Fee: $140 for 1st division and 2nd division $35
    • There are no refunds.
    • Coaches: $20 per session and must register online.
    • Spectators: $15 per session and must register online.
    • Entry deadline is March 1, 2025
    • If you are under 18 you must bring a parent or legal guardian to weigh-ins.

Weight Classes

  • Men 52kg, 56kg, 60kg, 67.5kg, 75kg, 82.5kg, 90kg, 100kg, 110kg, 125kg, 140kg, 140kg+
  • Women 44kg, 48kg, 52kg, 56kg, 60kg, 65kg, 70kg, 75kg, 82.5kg, 90kg, 100kg, 100kg+

Awards

  • Open Division: 1st - 3rd all weight classes
  • Teen 1,2,3: 1st - 3rd all weight classes
  • Junior: 1st - 3rd all weight classes
  • Masters: 1,2,3,4: 1st - 3rd all weight classes
  • Best light weight/ heavy weight male and female raw lifter by new DOTS scoring. If there are 10+ equipped lifters there will be best lifter.
  • light weight men up to 82.5kg - heavy weight men 90kg - 140+kg / light weight women up to 60kg - heavy weight women 67.5kg - 100kg+
  • Divisions: Teen 1 (14-15), Teen 2 (16-17), Teen 3 (18-19), Junior (20-23), Open (14 -+), Master 1 (40-49), Master 2 (50-59), Master 3 (60-69), Master 4 ( 70+)

  • Knee sleeves, belt, wrist wraps

  • Squat suit, knee wraps, bench shirt, deadlift suit

1st division is included in entry fee.

2nd division is optional for $35

All lifters are expected to display good sportsman like conduct throughout the meet.
If you are under 18 you must bring a parent or legal guardian to weigh-ins.
Baby Powder will only be applied in a designated area. Failure to use designated area to apply baby powder may result in removal from meet.
